Do you have to have a high awareness to do this?

 

Maybe you need to have a high awareness and a low Treat Injury. Otherwise Treat Injury just takes over.

 

My stats (do not work)

Awareness 20+9

Persuade 20+6

Treat injury 20+6

When I did this it didn't give me any experience points.
