I have gotten all of my party back together and I have completely cleared the area of any enemies. I have all the programs downloaded but I can't figure out what to do on the bridge to get the door to the Ebon Hawk back open.

Go to the audience chamber (where the exile was) and shutdown the power from the computer terminal near the center of the room. Then go back to the bridge and shut the last piece down.
