Just my thoughts of what to add :}

So I’ve been playing for quite a bit. And I was thinking of how useful some things could be.

So my first idea would to be able to cook your canteen. In the last game you could have the canteen that makes nasty water into fresh. But what if you could cook the normal one you get at the start? Giving you less trouble of having to collect it, this might seem simple but it gives you more options of water into the game. and instead of it having it on the stick above the fire. It could be at the side.

And what if you could have certain things be attracted to you? Like if you had a lot of mushrooms, weevils would go to you within a certain area. Or maybe spoiled meat with gnats? I think it would be a cool small detail. And while on the topics of passive creatures. Maybe you could pick them up? Probably just weevils or aphids if you could catch them.

And another thing, the ant buggie could recruit workers. It would be cool if there’s food nearby. They’d pick it up and give it to the soldier ants inventory. That or to the player. By going in front or beside them. I never liked the crumbs you can get. But having a slow but passive way to get them could make it useful if you have a lot of them. Especially once you run out of food from a extended trip outside your bases
