6 hours ago6 hr I was thinking a supply line feature, similar to Fallout 4, could be really useful. Once you build a workshop, you could assign one of your buggies to act as a supply line, connecting that workshop to another workshop at one of your bases. This would allow crafting materials stored within the general vicinity of either workshop to be shared between them.I think this could help encourage players to build multiple bases across the park, while also giving buggies another useful purpose beyond simply being collectibles or a means of navigating the world. Since a buggy assigned to a supply line wouldn’t be available for normal use, it would also give players an incentive to hatch more buggies specifically to maintain and expand their supply network. In the same vein, certain buddies, such as ants, could be assigned tasks at your base, like automatically cutting down and collecting weeds/grass depending on their level. This would give them something productive to do while you’re out exploring the park. The same principle could apply to buggies assigned to these tasks or supply lines: once assigned, they wouldn’t be available for normal use until you reassign them back to yourself. I think this could make the different buggies feel more useful and give base building a much bigger role in the overall gameplay.
