Hi,

For controller mapping for Toggle Chat/ emote radial .. i would need to hold on the left D-pad

It would be better to utilize the D-pads… to have two options for controller mapping… holding down and tap.

It would be nice to tap the Left D-pad to controller map - Hot Deposit Nearby storage

I agree. Having separate actions for a tap and a hold on the D-pad would make the controller mapping much more flexible, especially for quick actions like Hot Deposit Nearby Storage.
