In the new update, I'm supposed to get the recipe to craft the pebblet dagger after scanning the wax, but it isn't showing up for me. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I'm having the same problem, tried to ignore it but with scanning new pond items I still don't have access to craft multiple underwater items.

The solution I found was to use spears, which are apparently the only weapons besides daggers that work underwater.
