Game crashing - attached logs

Featured Replies

No issues during the beta, but now with live I am getting constant crashes. The attached crash log was just me in character creation. I have tried the following:

  • Manually deleted the entire game folder & reinstalled multiple times

  • verified game files

  • deleted all temp & all save files (made a backup)

  • rolled back nvidia driver to 552.12 and back to current

  • various PC health checks

  • run game as admin

  • added the game to Windows Defender / antivirus exceptions

  • windowed mode/fullscreen

  • force d3d9

  • compatibility mode

  • disable fullscreen optimization

  • confirmed BIOS at default (no XMP, no overclock)

  • windows Memory Diagnostic (no errors)

  • SFC /scannow

  • DISM repair

  • visual C++ Redistributable cleanup + reinstall

  • no overlays (steam, discord, or nvidia)

    The logs consistently show:

  • Hundreds of "asset bundle type is not supported!" errors (clothing, weapons, effects)

  • NullReferenceException in Player.UpdateMovementLine()

  • Crash in UnityPlayer.dll

Please help. I just want to play some pillars!! Attached is the crash log. Attaching player log separately due to size limitation.
