Installed the SC edition today, having never played it on console or Windows, launched a game and meant to start a new game but accidentally selected continue. It loaded me into a previous save from either the XBox or Windows OG version that was made shortly before the final confrontation with Sophia. 10 achievements then popped from random points in the game (like "Best Friend", "The Harder They Fall", "Health Insurance" and others that mostly were "do something X times" type achievements). Ran through the ending and did not get any of the game completion achievements, then started a new game with a new character. I did not get the achievement for landing in Emerald Vail. I went back and reloaded my existing "point of no return" save and played from there - got the achievement for landing on Tartarus, but after playing through to the end of the game again I got no other achievements. Started another new character, and again didn't get the achievement for landing in Emerald Vail, and have now completed the requirements for both "Not the Best Choice" (all Spacer's Choice equipment) and "Well Balanced Breakfast" (all food bonuses at once), and neither of the achievements have unlocked.

I've tried the usual tricks of closing out and restarting the game, rebooting the PC, going into the achievement info in the XBox app on PC and in iOS and nothing has worked.

I'm having similar achievement unlocking versions on the Windows Spacers Choice edition. Was playing a supernova run and after picking up Parvati as a companion made a save and changed difficulty to hard.

Went around with parvati and used her combat ability to finish off enemies that I had softened up and did more than 50, I also picked up 3 flaws during this time. Neither of the two achievements for these activities unlocked. I then continued on after recruiting the vicar and used both companions combat abilities. to kill another 50 people and picked up a 4th flaw. The tracker for the 50 companion skills is stuck at 16% and won't progress.

Looking at the trueachievements.com forums for the spacers choice game it appears these issues started being mentioned in June, so it's likely the recently released 2.5.7 patch could be related to the issue.

Currently playing on 2.5.9.0, and I'm having problems with Flawed Heron unlocking. I have done the requirements on two separate save files and its neither tracked each flaw as I accept them nor popped after reaching three flaws accepted. Other achievements track ok, though sometimes I have to quit the game entirely and reload for them to update properly.
