Ive seen other posts like this in the past and now I'm having the same issue with the game telling me I need an "xbox network account". It was running fine and working 2 days ago (after update - ver 0.3.248.4411) All my other xbox games work perfectly fine.

Im having this issue in both Grounded and Grounded 2! Is there any way to fix this?

Workaround found for me, go to XBOX subs in your account settings and turn on and turn off recurring billing 3 times and then restart your console.
