A very serious problem

Subject: Feedback on Multiplayer Room Connection and Mount Issues

Dear Game Developer Team,

Hello, I am a player from China. My English is limited, so I am communicating through a translator. I would like to report some long-standing issues that have been affecting our gameplay:

1. Connection issues in multiplayer rooms
   In multiplayer games, we often experience severe connection problems in rooms created by the host. Sometimes, players are even kicked out multiple times within 10 minutes, which seriously affects the gaming experience. Could you please consider adding an in-game reconnection feature or another solution? This problem does not occur in other games, and I believe your team can address it. This is a very serious issue.

2. Mount issues after network disruptions
   When the game crashes or disconnects due to network issues, reconnecting usually returns us to the point of exit, but our mounts remain at home. If we are far from home, this becomes very frustrating. We hope it will be possible to summon our mounts again in the wild, instead of having to return home to re-bind them.

These issues have been bothering our group for a long time. We have been playing your game for a long time and really enjoy it. We hope the development team can see this message and respond.
