Last BURGL Chip not able to turn in

Good Day,

We fought the Mysterious Stranger and grew the tree, then I found the last BURLG Chip E (I think it is E, its is the one from the pumpkin patch) and went to turn it in and was unable to do so because the game was acting like I didn't have it in my inventory. It is listed in my achievements. I am on XBOX and have the latest update that happened the next day after the winter drop.
