[BUG REPORT] Purloined Propaganda Quest

I've collected all 10 magazines, but it's only saying I've collected 9.

I've tried finishing the quest, but the npc also thinks I've still got another to collect. 

Folks online are saying if you hand in more than one for the first leg of the quest, it triggers this bug. 

Pleeeeeeeease fix.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
