January 9Jan 9 Doing my first playthrough of Avowed, and I decided overall my character is loyal to Aedyr and is willing to cooperate with the Steel Garrote, but I feel like there's literally no nuanced options in that regard. All the "I just want people to know there's at least ONE good Aedyrin" or "We're not ALL bad" options just keep making me roll my eyes. I get this isn't a Pillars of Eternity style game, but still, it's a little off putting to have a game set in the World of Eora where the dialogue just feels so lame and without nuance at all, especially considering your character's background. It seems normal they'd be loyal to Aedyr and the Emporer, and heck, even Woedica. So why are you constantly preached at for choosing such options? Do better Obsidian, I feel like you're letting real life politics sway your story writing and making Aedyr off to be like the USA or some crap. It's annoying.
