michael.fronczak Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Like many others, I took the Archive without any help & got locked out of finishing the "An Equitable Arrangement" quest. The mission objective still shows up in the "lobby" of the Archive, but there are no NPC's present and there is nothing else I can do. It might be fixed going forward, but for those of us that already experienced the bug, it's still there.
