Multiplayer Lost All Gear

While playing with 3 people including the host on Steam and a 4th person on crossplay our game crashed. When we reloaded our crossplay player was missing all of their gear. We checked all our chests, inventories, backpacks and everyone reloaded as well. All of the gear including armor was is still missing.
