Blocking Bug – Aza Companion Quest “Stabbing at Shadows” (Severin Not Appearing)

Hello,

 

I'm encountering a game-breaking bug in The Outer Worlds 2 related to Aza’s companion quest, “Stabbing at Shadows”. I’m playing on Xbox Series X with the latest update installed.

 

Context:

Location: Cloister

Blocked objective: Meet Severin

Active companions: Aza (required in the party), and sometimes Tristan, or tried with no one else.

Issue: Severin does not appear at the marked location.

What I’ve tried so far:

Switching the secondary companion

Having only Aza in the party

Leaving and re-entering Cloister

Completing all other quests, including the Archive

Despite these attempts, the quest remains stuck. It’s quite frustrating since I’ve completed everything else in the game and this is the only quest left to finish.

 

Request:

Could you please confirm if this bug is known and if a patch is planned in the near future? Any reliable workaround would also be appreciated.
