the outer world 2 game fatal error

i was doing some side quest and companions mission, i had to go to praetor and eden paradise island, but when i land on praetor and try to leave my ship, game show fatal error and crashed on loading screen. similar things happened on paradise when i try to leave fairfield, i can see some area went full black and when i get close game also show fatal error and crashed, teleport also didnt work, it will crashed.

i tried update my nvdia driver and reinstall the game but didnt help, i only know game crashed might cuz some map issue, i installed a mod to removed warfog b4, and i also install the new version of mod when it update to 1.0.5, but game still crash, delete it also didnt help

i also cant do the main quset (A Complication with the Computronic Cerebrum) cuz when i get close to that location game also show fatal error and crashed.
