The 'Hack all remaining O.R.C. Transmitters found on your map screen.' objective cannot be fulfilled. The world map shows I have discovered all 4 transmitter locations and they have been activated. Walking up to any transmitter shown no prompts, and the O.R.C. mixer is still locked.
