do more harm quest bug

hi everyone, i need help.

i don't know what to do. the quest i bugged and Niles doesn't interact at all. i can't teleport. i have no manual save o quick save to use( the first useful is fo 4 days ago) any idea how to fix it? i dont want drop the game but im stucked.

Same issue with me as well. It wouldn't be so much of an issue if you were locked in the vault. Not about to load a save from 4 hours ago. Please fix.
