Freeze and Audio stuttering at Protectorate Salvager Blaxton in Paradise Island

I have attached a video that fairly succinctly shows my issue, where upon approaching the crashed train with the Zyranium, the game begins to freeze for several seconds before resuming with bugged audio that continuously stutters. When

Game version is 1.226.8644.0 on the Xbox App.
My specs are:
Ryzen 7 5700X3D
Radeon 9070XT on AMD Adrenalin 25.11.1
32GB 4200MT/s RAM
Game installed on a 2TB Crucial T500 
Windows 10 22H2 (Build 19045.6332)

I'm having the same issue around that area also. It started in the training grounds yesterday. I have played 12 hours without issue then this. I have tried updating graphics drivers, deleted shader cache and then just a full reinstall and nothing helped.

I am having the exact same issue. I verified game files, made sure drivers are up to date and also deleted the shader cache. Didn't help/change anything.

I am having the same issue on Windows 11 and a 3080ti. I have done everything possible to resolve this issue, turned down graphics, cleared shader cache, verify game integrity, reinstall the game, switched to lower resolution. Nothing was able to resolve the problem. Has anyone figured out a resolution?
