As the player reaches level 10 and 12, new passive skills appear outside the window's visible area, making them impossible to select. This suggests the window is not large enough to accommodate the full skill tree. I have tried troubleshooting this by changing the game's resolution and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. The mods were installed recently, and the bug was already there.

Well its looks like you have too many spells in level 2, i gotta say its the modders problem to fix this.
