I only get 2 skill points at level 21 instead of the usual 3 with easily distracted when I passed level 21.

Is it a bug or is it normal. If it's normal, it's not indicated in the perks.

I had 3 each level until then.

To complete the description, it must be a bug because I get 3 points at level 22. So it's just the level 21 which is bugged.

Configure browser push notifications
