Wanted to report that the new Patch just installed today (playing on Xbox) has broken the game. 

When firing any ranged weapon, all bullets now fly sideways off screen (to top right), so enemies cannot be targeted.

I have tried multiple weapons, plus console and game restarts and nothing has helped.

Amendment - Only 3rd person camera is broken (which is how I play), first person is still working.

I don’t know if it is in all locations, but after the update my map will not zoom in. This basically makes fast travel impossible to use.
