I have raised this on tracker which has been acknowledged by Obsidian.

In case if it helps someone. I am not following the two NPC questline in Fairfield so this happened when I went to Vox Relay myself. I started this quest and then finished other parts of the main questline before coming back from Vox to finish the rest of the side quests before leaving the Island.

I managed to get 9/10 on the quest journal but I am unable to finish the quest. The quest journal codex entry shows that I have Volumes 2-10 but not 1 - which I am assuming is the first volume you pick up and that is not being registered as an update.

If anybody else had this issue and managed to find all 10 then please let me know here.

I am having the same issue, but I think my count messed up when I went to turn in the 5 copies because I already had a 6th magazine in my inventory. I have searched every location again, and I have collected every magazine but I cannot turn the quest in. 

After today's update, I am still unable to complete this quest.

Is there a workaround? I don't want to leave the Paradise Island until I finish this which is the last quest here I believe - a bit of a completionism skill on my part

The 9/5 also seems out of place.

I’m having the same problem as well, double checked all the areas to make sure i didn’t somehow miss one but it seems i have them all picked up even though it still only says i have 9/10. Bit frustrating as i don't want to restart a 12 hour progress i have put into the game already and also don’t want to go to the neat area and miss out on this quest and achievement that goes with it.

Yup, I am not playing until this is fixed. It breaks the immersion as I want to finish the entire area before I move on.

The 1.0.0.5 patch did not fix it but I am hoping the next one will.
