[public_beta] Combat/Conversation Log Doesn't Scale properly outside of 1920x1080

Only applies to the public_beta branch, released branch was fine at mentioned resolutions.

When running in 1280x800 (native steam deck resolution) The combat/conversation log has empty black space above the text that will grow if the window is resized.

Conversely, on my desktop in 2560x1440, the text escapes out the top of the window.

Also a side note: I have so many resolutions and refresh rates available on my desktop, I have to incrementally apply larger and larger resolutions to get back to 2560x1440 because the larger ones are off-screen if running at 1280x800.
