Unable to choose DLSS upscaling

For some reason, I can't choose "DLSS" as upscaling on my 4090.

For upscaling, I can only choose TAA, TSR, FidelityFX 4 and XeSS. 
I can enable frame gen, and works fine.

I just updated drivers.

I am having the same problem with the 581.80 drives on my 4090. Were you able to get this resolved or find a fix?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
