Aza is still bugged on a new game on ps5

So after killing all the cultist I told her to go to my ship instead of immediately putting her in my party when I finally returned to ship and went to leave I noticed she’s still locked and not on ship so I went back to the auto facility where you’d recruit her and she’s not there either she’s just gone…help

Im also having problems with Niles showing up on ship but I can put him in party

I'm having the same issue. Told her to wait on ship but when I went back to ship to get her she's still locked and not in the facility either.
