November 5, 2025Nov 5 There are times when I am unable to throw grenades/distraction devices. Sometimes I can restore the ability to throw if I do some/any/all of the following: 1) Crouch and Stand up again. 2) Press/hold the Triangle button to open the weapon wheel and select a different grenade. 3) Open the inventory window and move a different grenade type from inventory into a grenade slot. But, most of the time I cannot restore the ability to throw. I have tried pres/hold R1 in order to see the grenade trajectory - no trajectory arc appears. I have tried a quick press/release of R1 in order to just blindly throw the grenade and it does not work. I have posted this on r/theouterworlds and r/theouterworlds2 and I have one Redditor is reporting the same problem and they are playing on XBox. (they didn't specify exactly which platform)
December 21, 2025Dec 21 Having the same issue on PS5. Hope they fix it soon cause it's very annoying when that's half of my build.
