I literally can't load my save without the game crashing

The last patch seems to have not fixed but actually broken my save, I can't even load the save without getting a fatal error crash, yesterday I could load the save but couldn't walk a few steps without a crash but now I literally can't even load that save, and I'd rather not start a new save because I don't want to start over just to maybe have the same problem but I want to play this game. I have this on PC GamePass so most "fixes" I can find do not help. Please just let me play this game.
