Achievement Bugs

On Xbox PC store version the "Go Out With A Bang" achievement will not pop for me, even killed 7 enemies with one shot and still nothing, also completed the whole Auntie's Choice and Order quest lines but no faction achievement's have popped. "AC: All  Complete" and "OA: Objectives Accomplished"

Is there going to be a fix/patch or is it going to be like other games devs ain't goner give to hoots
