BUG, Gain Entry to Zyranium Manufactory VII, Intercom on the right side of the gate, no prompt to talk

In this part of the quest, the intercom should prompt a button for me to talk, but it is not appearing, on the map it just shows me the circle to search around the area. Here is a screenshot I found on yotuube of what quest part the game is bugged and showing up on my game.
