No matter what I do I can't see or use my equipped weapons I've restarted the game I've un-equipped

The weapons I've loaded previous saves and fast traveled but nothing has worked please help

I am having the same issue on PS5. Cannot use my main weapon. I can still throw grenades and use med kit, vut not attack. It helped one time to go back to a previous save, but this is a game breaking bug

I'm having this same exact issue on PC.
