Companion Bug Aza (Downed)

I have an issue with one of my companions (Aza) she was downed during an altercation with enemies and has remained that way. I cannot manually revive her due to the Reckless Leader Flaw that blocks that ability in favour for the other companion getting a buff and instant heal.

She is now on my ship and can be conversed with but still stays downed and if taken off the ship she appears to have full health but will not walk or move at all, only teleporting on a zone change.

I'm playing on PC but the Xbox App version.
