I am trying to confront Dagmar with Aza but both entrances to her room are blocked. I’ve tried restarting the game, leaving and coming back after other quests, etc. help??

same issue for me. not fixed after patch 

same here i left mid quest to look for evidences that could helped me convince Aza to spare her and when i came back the door was blocked. Couldn’t open it. even tho i haven’t opened it before. Aza doesn’t seems to follow me through the vent as well. help please i want to finish that quest
