Hey all i screwed up and killed the gaurds at Euphoria and well now everyone cowers in fear. i read a snippet on redit about making the shield yourself. I got the part off the dragoon but when i return to the delphinias  workshop i don't see any way to construct the shield. Would really prefer not to restart the game for one item... TY for any help.

Any chance you have an earlier save? Else you can try waiting 3 in game days. I've heard that might settle hostilities as long as you didn't kill anyone quest specific, like Delphini.

noted! ill pop back after that time frame and see if it resets. sadly i just reused one save. oops!
