Tristan Companion Quest: Listening for a clue

Issue:

Tristan isnt spawning back on the incognito for Debrief on the Incognito objective after doing the Oculus Collating Post.

System:

Xbox/PC

Severity:

Quest is completely blocked off from finishing and making further progress with him.

Other details:

Its not noted in the quest log but i went the path of talking tristan down from killing the guy on the Oculus Collating Post. I remember it prompted me to talk to him a couple times on the OCP.

When the quest is active and you follow the marker it just points you to the engine room ladder on the ship but theres nothing there.
