The quest has completely broken, I got the recipe without issue and talked with Amos, but cannot progress any further in the quest?  I went back to the middle manager (there was no marker indicating to go back so I went of my own accord) and I can't give him the recipe or info on Amos???  I've tried reloading, restarting my Outer Worlds 2 copy, coming back with different companions but nothing can fix the issue of the quest not updating.  My last manual save is from two hours before this so without help I just have to kill the middle managers to prevent the eye sore of seeing this uncompleted quest.  And that sucks.  

P.S I do have the recipe on hand and the quest description itself says I've completed every objective.  No idea what I'm missing.
