Otto's locks not working in the free market station

Found Otto's locks/switches and tried solving it for like 30+minutes, ended up looking up the solution which I really didn't want to but it still doesn't work. It looks like the one wire never gets power no matter what. Seen other people on Reddit saying they were having issues with it too after the most recent update, this is my first time playing and making it here so no idea if it worked before whatever update.

Nvm they apparently already fixed it and it works now.
