Inez-Ormsy Bug

Perhaps not properly a bug, but notably weird. On completing the quest "The Lab that Shouted Incoherently and Often," I elected it may be best to put the madman out of order. Inez commented aloud "Not going to shed a tear over that one"... before pulling me into a dialogue asking me to stop killing her old coworkers all the time. Ormsy was the first Auntie's Choice NPC I killed, and assuming the line on his death about not shedding a tear was tied directly to him and not a random bark, it feels quite strange to then enter that dialogue.
