Unable To start first mission in navigation terminal.

So i just started the game and now the game wants me to start the first quest but when i go to the navigation terminal and open it i can't select the location to travel to. I have tried reinstalling the game, resetting the settings, deleting the config, using random settings, and trying a new save file with no luck.

I am also experiencing this same issue. I was hoping the new update was going to fix it. Get to the nav console before the first mission and the destination cannot be selected.
