Can't get the pre-order DLC, what can I do?

I was very certain I pre-ordered the game but I realize I somehow hadn't, now I can't ever get all the items in the game, I'm not sure what to do, I've bought it today incase it somehow had a grace period but no, it didn't, could someone from Obsidian help me out by granting them or at least tell me if they will return?

I'm a big fan and I'm really bummed out and this is a big deal to me, you may find that silly but to me it isn't, I care about such things alot and am soured on even playing the game now.

Thanks, hope someone can help me out.
