I was Doing some missions on Cloister, then needed to head back to the Undisputed Claim. When I get there, the Order are randomly taking over the ship. I can only assume this is part of the order questline? But I've sided with Auntie's Choice and have no quest for the Order.

Just to confirm, I completed the archive quest for auntie's choice, and became hostile to the order. The Undisputed Claim is still in the invasion state, hard locking the auntie's questline.
