October 28, 2025Oct 28 I finished Inez's companion quest several levels ago and got her the new graft. I tried afterwards to do the party upgrade on workbench and it wasn't available, so I assumed I needed to wait for something else, but now I see it should've happened after I completed the quest and spoke to her about it. I've done so much since then so I would rather not use her than restore (shame b/c I love her medical abilities), but has anyone else had and solved this issue? Edit: looks like 1st upgrade comes after the next companion quest, initiated from playing the video message she gets later. Edited November 5, 2025Nov 5 by yrulikethis
October 28, 2025Oct 28 I’m in the same boat I thought I had to do something else but no party upgrade for Inez is frustrating she’s had to stay on ship cause she’s broken basically on extended sick leave until Obsidian can fix.
October 29, 2025Oct 29 A website I saw said you get her upgrade kit from two different quests, not the graft quest. And when I spoke to her after completing the grafting one, I did not get any dialogue about upgrading her equipment. So not sure this is bugged.
October 31, 2025Oct 31 Same issue. Hopefully obsidian can add her upgrade for those of us that missed it. Shouldn't be to difficult since its an item. Please fix this obsidian.

Please fix this obsidian. Its not a fix but when I completed her second companion quest both her upgrades became available. So if you have this bug, I suggest you prioritize her second companion quest if you prefer using inez in your party.
November 4, 2025Nov 4 Here's the thing: even if I complete all her quests, I'll still be missing one. After completing her second quest, I didn't get the upgrade. Either this upgrade is easy to miss, or it's a bug.
November 5, 2025Nov 5 Author Thanks guys, user above is right. After completing her next companion quest on - I believe it was the Frozen Maw on Cloister - after she got the video message, I got her first upgrade, and the 2nd from the next Auntie's mission.
November 6, 2025Nov 6 How do you receive the second quest? (The one after Better Than Nature) I read that there's a courier that gives it to you on the ACS but haven't come across it
