Unsure what caused this, but all of my conversations in the game got reset. Unsure when the exact moment happened but it really ruins the experience. I realized it happened when I went back to the clinic and the doctor did the whole quest dialogue back over again.

Confirmed it happened by going to all the completed quests for NPCs and they all ran through their quest completion dialogue again.

Hoping a day one patch fixes this, because this feels game breaking.

This happened to me after killing a certain NPC on Praetor. When did it happen to you?

same. cant complete Kaur, because after i sabotage the tower and get back to her, she just resets. and since the computer can only be used once... the quest softlocks.
