DLSS FrameGen not showing up in settings?

I'm playing the outer worlds 2 thur the  Xbox App and have a GPU thats capable of using frame gen RTX 5070 and having the drivers all setup but the option isn't available in the graphics setting. What am i doing wrong?

I know this can happen when HAGS (Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling) is not enabled in Windows. The setting can be found in "Settings -> System -> Display -> Graphics -> Advanced Graphics Settings"
