Pete's Character Model bugged

I don't know if this has happened for anyone else but since the first launch of grounded 2 Pete's head with grow a second meshed face with no eyes but eye sockets on the back of his head. It is only visible for the person playing Pete if you are in multiplayer.

same error, when the gas-mask runs out.

after a restart it's fine again
