The Grounded 2 experience has been a great ride so far. The updates the developers have added give us more Grounded like we've all wanted. I think what's missing is the overlap of the lore and the gameplay in more meaningful ways. I know that there are a lot more inventions that are available from different armors, weapons, and building options. What I don't see is how the kids, who've been working with Dr.Tully, are leveraging their new knowledge in more impactful and creative ways.  For example, I would expect to see more building options that showcase what they've learned, from pulley systems, boats, automated machinery (i.e. turrets), and power grids (via solar energy or some other form of power collection). Parts for these items can be harvested from resources that already exist (like spider silk, bark, etc), the labs, broken toys, or the mind controlling apparatuses that are on some of the bugs. The kids are all smarter and have survived this type of landscape before. I just think we should show how much they grown, it's heavily being done with combat but it should also be seen in their creativity and knowledge around new inventions. Being mentored by Dr.Tully should count for something.
