0.1.3 Low FPS and Game Freezing

For 0.1.2, I was able to run high graphic and 120 FPS. 

For 0.1.3, I can't run at the lowest graphics and FPS settings. My game works for 2-10 sec burst then freezes for 5-15 sec on loop. 

PC, Windows 10 (22H2), AMD 5 7600X, GTX 1080 (8GB), 32GB Ram
