There are times when I punched mites, spiderlings and other insects and not get credit for the punch.  Im trying to improve my Lil Fist but noticed that the counter at times would not give me credit for killing a certain insect.  I noticed this with the bow as well.

Pay attention to whether your buggy makes the last attack and thus the kill. Because then it doesn't count for you.
