Shared Worlds Not Showing

Whenever I share my world or my friend shares their world with me, neither of us can see the world that is shared with us. Other friends are able to see the shared world and play it like normal, this issue is mainly between two of us who can't see each others world. Tried on both Xbox and PC.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
